National Cartoonist Society Regional Conference
October 1-2, 2010 This just may be the biggest cartooning event ever held in Omaha. Kaneko, in partnership with The National Cartoonist Society North Central Chapter welcomes Pixar’s Josh Cooley. On Friday, Mr. Cooley will present “Coloring Outside the Lines: and other creative ways to make people worry about you.” Afterwards I’ll be doing a Q & A with Mr. Cooley. On Saturday, it’s all cartoonists, all day. We’ll be putting on some great panels with some talented people. And on Saturday evening: a reception for a terrific new exhibit of comic strips, sponsored byThe Omaha World-Herald. At the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts.
